In the event of bad weather, we will assess the safety and comfort of the activity. If the tour cannot proceed, we will offer a rescheduling or an equivalent alternative tour. If neither option is viable, a full refund will be issued.

8. A full refund is provided in the following cases:
   • Cancellation by Tours in Malaga due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen operational issues.
   • Cancellation by the client within the period allowed by our cancellation policies, specified at the time of booking.
   • Inability to carry out the tour due to force majeure beyond the client’s control (documentation must be provided).
